Add an option to suppress join/leave messages in the group chat
Description
Some users dont want to see such messages in their group chats, so there could be an option like "Do not show join/leave messages in chat". Not sure about the place for that option as SparkWeb doesnt have Preferences menu. Maybe it could be a tab for options and there could be a checkbox for that option.
