I believe this to be a timing issue, but icons are not showing up lit up very well. I think it would help to run a probe after gateway 'plugin' startup. I believe the availability is coming before the icons are displayed so they don't know what the status is. Or maybe we can just store the status briefly. We'll see. Or look it up from the 'cache'.
