When transferring a file, if I wait a minute or two, and then click accept, the file transfer always fails. If I accept immediately, it almost always succeeds. If the accept has a window, Spark should either expire the file transfer so it cannot be accepted, or continue to renew the file transfer so it can succeed if I do not accept immediately.
