In the attached picture previous calls last more than 1 minute and it registered less than 1 minute.
It seems like the end time is considered as the beginning time.

While I am talking I received a new call and I accepted it, I lose the record of the previous call.

Spark Phone was passing call time in seconds while Spark class ModelUtil needs it in miliseconds.
