Spark now should be able to detect if it received media or not from the other side.
The test consist in call somebody that can't reach you, even with Relay Server, than wait for 20 seconds.
Your call MUST drop automaticly if you cannot hear him.

Jingle API MUST listen if RTP media packets are arriving, after a session is established, to provide consistent connectivity check.
It will also help in provinding better Error Messages to users.
