SIP: Caller ID missing from incoming call notification
Description
For SIP calls: incoming call notification did not include caller ID information. When the call appeared in the missed calls list, it does have caller ID but not the phone number.
We need both caller ID and the phone number to appear in both incoming calls toasters and in the missed calls list.
