It is recommended for servers to advertise in-band registration support as a stream feature. Smack can take advantage of such feature to discover whether the server supports creating new accounts. However, advertising support as a stream feature is not required (i.e. is not a MUST) so if no stream feature was found then fallback to the old/current method.
