1. User1 logs in 2. User1 makes a phone call 3. Connection of client to the server is lost (client is not able to send an unavailable presence) 4. User1 logs in again The available presence sent in step 4 is being rejected since the application is assuming that the user is trying to change his presence so the new presence is being stored and rejected.
