Update colors to match the ones Clearspace is using

For the initial version of this, I think we can easily switch colors, but there's a chance I might be able to work it out so that openfire will eventually embrace the chosen template from clearspace. Gabriel and I will probably look at this at some point.

I did not do anything to the setup screens. Wasn't sure if we wanted to worry with that.

Reopened and moved to 3.5.0.

Pending things:
1) Change UI look of setup pages
2) Use submenus for the menu items in black. A la CS style
3) Possibly change colors to use orange schema. Check with UI guys for a definition.

Took care of #2, still need to do #1.
#3 may conflict with another plan I had, but I'll talk about that more in person.

  • talk to Sig about potentially coloring the top white area a bit
  • login box does a weird thing when you fail to log in
