If someone adds me from a legacy network, I see nothing right now. This should be improved to involve a "subscribed" stanza or something alone those lines so the XMPP user knows something happened and can easily add back if they want.

Tested and working with MSN. Yahoo ~~should~~ be working but does not entirely appear to be. OSCAR is not working at all. IRC doesn't count I think. (I don't think it notifies you when someone is watching for you)
