Contacts that are not in the forward list are not contacts that we want to see, so they should either be ignored or maybe shown differently. For example, if they are in the reverse list but not forward, then they could be translated to the jabber equivalent of "from" in your roster. That said, you can't remove these entries in MSN land like you can in Jabber, so maybe I should hide them altogether so as not to be annoying. =)
