CreateRoomWindow will have RadioButtons with the option of a Default configuration (instant room) or a Custom configuration (reserved room), at which point the MUCConfigurationWindow will be used to configure the room before it is unlocked.

Also, in the CreateRoomWindow include which server the room is going to be created in. This handles the case where the user steps away, then returns forgetting which server it was he initiated the creation flow from.
