Everyone,How to get the users’'s state such as if the user is online ,notonline ,away or Free to chat from WILDFIRE?

How are you looking to extract the info? If you need it via HTTP, I would suggest using the Presence plugin.

I wonder if ad hoc commands also deliver this information, just in case one wants to query it via xmpp.

Yep! You can definitely access all presence data through ad-hoc commands as well.
