Spark logout immediately saying "Your connection was closed due to an error"

Dear All,

I have this problem, when I login to spark, it log me in and immediately logout giving this message "Your connection was closed due to an error"

at the same time when I re login using another user name from the same machine it login and does not log out. I tried to login with the first user name "that give the error at the first time" from another machine and it logged in with no problems or errors.

what can I do to solve this problem.

the server is Openfire 3.6.4 on windows 2003 Ent. the client is Spark 2.5.8

Thank you

Re: Spark logout immediately saying "Your connection was closed due to an error"

You can try deleting you Spark profile here C:\Documents and Settings\User\Spark and then try to login with that problematic account. Also, what errors are being generated on the server side? Finally, you can try using Spark 2.6.0 Beta 2 or even newer versions from here http://www.igniterealtime.org/community/docs/DOC-1822
