Fastpath - External link malfunction?

My test link at http://www.mtstravel2.com/support.html shows the live help click here button when a user is online, but when clicked I get a live chat is not available message.  See images below.

It is all about the fat fingers.  There was a space where should not have been on in the html of my support.html doc.
