Just upgraded to 3.5.1 and getting this error, where the pop-up box comes in Spark, but then on the remote user getting the error: We're unable to connect you to an agent. Please try back later
I've deleted the rooms and re-made them still no luck, what am I doing wrong?
In my testing on my production server it appears that if the user is listed in the openfire.xml as an admin of the server they cannot be in a fastpath group. This does not hold true on my testbed server though.
Mm, yes indeed, as soon as I removed my ID from the console admin list I was able to connect, which is great progress. I have further issues but will start a separate topic,
