step 1. Download the source code of openfire 3.4.1  http://www.igniterealtime.org/downloads/source.jsp

step 2. Download the  apache mina package 1.1.0  http://archive.apache.org/dist/mina/

step 3. Replace the three mina*.jar files under $  /build/lib/merge step 4. Use ant to build openfire. Change dir to $ /build, and execute : ant openfire

step 5. Use the $ /target/openfire/lib/openfire.jar to replace the old one in your installing dir.

I think Victor is asking to give him already compiled openfire.jar file, though this is a bit against security policies Well, this is a work-around, but not a solution. I wonder when will Apache team fix that and will Jive be willing to revert to an older version.
