Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but I also would like to do this. I'm running Openfire 3.6.0 with Fastpath 4.1.0.
I see that in the Text section, it uses variables such as "Your chat session has been ended by ${agent}" but when I apply the same Transcripts page Message section variables doesn't work and sends the email out as regular text:
e.g. in the body of the transcript I want to have something at the top like:
WebChat Transcript
Agent: ${agent}
User: ${username}
Email: ${email}
Question: ${question}
Transcript of conversation:
