Spark Fastpath is the new, much easier to use evolution of Live Assistant (hence the 3.0 version number). A big new feature is the ability to make Spark Fastpath requests from inside a normal Spark client; e.g., to contact the HR department or IT Helpdesk. Fastpath also has a special introductory price of $95 per concurrent user.
