Can't Login after Domain Controller Upgrade. Help, please.

I have the most recent versions of OpenFire and Spark installed and things were working fine untill...

 

this past weekend when we upgraded our Domain Controllers from Windows Server 2000 to Windows Server 2003.

 

I can no longer login via Spark. I can no longer login to the OpenFire Administrator Console.

 

Does anyone have any ideas what might have happened?
