Confusion about online/offline button in WebChat

I'm using openfire (3.6.0) and FastPath (4.1.0). The WebChat offline button is only displayed when all agents are logged out. I want it to also be displayed when all agents are busy (answering their maxinum number of chats). Is that possible?

Hello Tim,

 

Did you find any solution ? I'm experiencing the same kind of issue : I want to generate full HTML block from a PHP application, based on the queue status. I'm ready to use either JavaScript query to Openfire FastPath server, or to query the MySQL database directly (but I cannot find any updated record in the database when agents are online or not !)

Sadly no. I've pretty much given up on this but if anyone has a solutions that would be awesome.
