where to find translation source code(not unicode)

Hello,

I could not find the i18n translation source code from checkout spack 2.5.8. They are transformed unicode. I need to make some changes in translation of Chinese. Thanks.

Hi Dave,

 

the tool http://sourceforge.net/projects/popeye should display the text properly.
