It was probably me, reporting first about Py transports problems with JM:)
At some point of time i was donwloading 3 setups of every version (tar.gz for work server, and zip and exe for home). Now i skip zip version:)
Really you guys have a product that greatly stands out here. Granted, apps such as ejabberd for a flagship example have their place, but openfire is in its own class. Makes it TONS easier to configure a jabber system without having to bother digging into xml files and configuring everything from the ground up, has plenty of enterprise-class functionality, modular, and, of course, completely open.
Keep up the work on an awesome app guys.
Whoo-hoo! I've been waiting a long time for us to hit 1 million. ![]()
Hi Daniel,
while 1 million downloads is an impressive number I wonder how many 3.5.0 downloads you expect. For me such a number is much more interesting.
We will see how soon you hit the 2 million.

Congrats on the milestone! I wonder how many actual installs that translates to. I know I've downloaded it several times myself. (Once for each new version)
Still, it's a great accomplishment. Here's to the next Million and beyond.
